Paradies NA is seeking a Retail Operations Intern to support the team with store performance analysis, reporting, and operational execution. You will collaborate with field and corporate partners on initiatives that boost sales, customer experience, and associate engagement.

The role provides hands-on exposure to merchandising execution, inventory practices, and multi-unit retail operations in a dynamic environment. A strong analytical mindset and collaborative spirit are essential.

Qualifications

• Rising senior enrolled in an accredited college or university program with a minimum 2.5 GPA.
• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management, Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, Hospitality Management, Data Analytics or related field.
• Relevant coursework or prior internship experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with retail reporting, point-of-sale systems, inventory systems, or data-analysis tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining operational calendars, project trackers, meeting notes, and action-item logs.
• Support communication of operational priorities, procedures, promotions, and business updates to field teams.
• Help prepare operational reports, presentations, and leadership updates.
• Track open items, deadlines, approvals, and follow-up activities across assigned projects.
• Maintain organized electronic files, templates, and operational documentation.
• Compile and analyze sales, labor, inventory, customer-service, and operational performance information.
• Assist with identifying trends, variances, and opportunities across retail locations.
• Support preparation of recurring scorecards, dashboards, and business review materials.
