Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Store Operations Data Analyst Intern in Knoxville to support the Store Operations team with data-driven insights across our retail locations.

You will analyze metrics, build dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve customer and team member experience in a fast-paced retail environment. This internship offers hands-on exposure to reporting tools, data validation, and continuous improvement projects in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

Analyze store operations data and identify trends to improve customer and team member experiences.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics.
Collaborate with Store Operations, Finance, and Merchandising teams to translate data into recommendations.
Assist with data validation and ensure accuracy of reporting.
Present findings to leadership and project stakeholders.
