Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• No prior professional experience required; relevant coursework or internships are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Merchandising team with category analysis, reporting, and business performance reviews.
• Analyze sales, margin, pricing, promotional, and product performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support assortment and category initiatives by gathering, organizing, and evaluating relevant data.
• Assist with pricing and promotional analysis, measuring results and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Support category managers with preparation for business reviews, vendor discussions, and special projects.
• Conduct competitive and market research to identify merchandising trends and customer preferences.
