You will work with the Merchandise and Operations teams, focus on performance metrics, attendance, and compliance, and adapt to a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Keep fixtures stocked and merchandise available.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with resets and displays.
• Support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager.
• Meet compliance and execution goals for tasks and processes.
• Provide exceptional guest service.
• Follow loss prevention and safety procedures.
