Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, ensure merchandise availability, cleanliness, and adherence to procedures, partnering with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to meet performance targets.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently or in a team, and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or POS experience is a plus; high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tasks are executed and product is available for purchase.
• Complete shipments, replenishment, and merchandise sets.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock at all times.
• Adhere to policies, dress code, and loss prevention standards.
• Provide exceptional guest service and protect assets.
• Assist in inventory counts and planograms.
