Sephora at VA-Short Pump in Richmond, VA seeks an Operations Associate to support daily store operations, inventory management and visual merchandising.

The role is hourly, with Flex schedule options (Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week; Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week; Flex: 4-14 hrs/week) and pay $18.00-$20.50 per hour, depending on qualifications.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail or service, strong organization, communication, and a team-focused mindset, plus ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
