Job summary

Dior seeks a Trainee, Retail Operations in New York to support day-to-day and project work across the Retail Operations team. The program develops future talent through admin tasks, KPI tracking, and SOP/training material development.

The role emphasizes data-informed decisions, field feedback, and collaboration with leadership to drive operational excellence across the retail network.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of prior experience.
• Full-time, 12-month program from July 2026 through July 2027.
• Availability to work M-F, 9-6 with Friday work-from-home.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data/tools for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative operations, calendar, reports, and communications.
• Organize departmental digital assets (SharePoint/Teams).
• Support retail uniform program administration and distribution.
• Track performance data and prepare insights for leadership.
• Assist with training materials, SOPs, and project logistics.
