Job summary

SAS Retail Services, Inc. seeks a Retail Operations Specialist to bridge retail operations with clients and local markets. You will synthesize upstream information and deliver actionable reports to field management, supporting a fast-paced, distributed team.

Responsibilities include audit facilitation, routing oversight, onboarding collaboration with Talent Acquisition, and ongoing training development to drive efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience required or preferred.
• Experience in route-based retail operations is beneficial.
• Strong Excel capabilities (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Serve as conduit between retail operations, clients, and local markets.
• Provide analytical support and actionable reporting for field teams.
• Coordinate client visits, audits, and SRM processes.
• Oversee routing execution and accuracy of field assignments.
• Represent TA/TR during hiring and onboarding processes.
• Facilitate and improve training for retail operations teams.
