Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Lima, OH is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, keep merchandise stocked, and maintain a clean guest-friendly sales floor.

You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, meet retail goals, complete inventory and merchandising tasks, and follow all policies.

This role requires a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays; pay is $13.50–$18.40 per hour. Exact pay determined by education and location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on operational excellence to support sales drivers and ensure product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and inventory procedures.
• Maintain store standards and cleanliness across salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom and break area.
• Protect assets by following loss prevention practices and provide exceptional guest service.
