Job summary

Sephora Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg, IL is seeking an Operations Associate to be the backbone of the store, ensuring smooth operations and a flawless client experience. You’ll handle inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and visual merchandising with attention to detail.

You’ll collaborate with the team to deliver excellent service, support sales goals, uphold Sephora standards, and promote inclusivity in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail/hospitality/customer-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team.
