Position Summary

As a Retail Operations Specialist - Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for receiving, moving, storing, and stocking materials to support warehouse operations in a large facility and outlet store. You must be capable of operating equipment such as forklifts, compactors, bale machines, tippers, and hand trucks.

Key Responsibilities

• Move freight and materials to and from storage, production areas, loading docks, and delivery vehicles, ensuring proper sorting and storage by category.
• Position receptacles like tables, gaylords, bins, and totes for loading, including trash receptacles.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse by cleaning, decluttering, and ensuring aisles are clear of hazards.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment to support material handling.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers following established guidelines.

Additional Details

External Hiring Range: $15.00/hour

Travel: No travel required

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience with warehouse organization and material movement preferred
