Responsibilities

• Meet store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available.
• Meet compliance and execute tasks like replenishment, inventory counts, and merchandising sets.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Foster an inclusive environment and participate in ongoing training.
• Follow policies, dress code, and use Ulta Beauty technology.
• Keep work areas replenished, merchandised, and testers available.
• Protect company assets by practicing loss prevention and providing guest service.
