Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Associate to ensure store operations run smoothly, keep fixtures stocked, and maintain cleanliness across the sales floor.

You will support the Merchandising Manager and Operations Manager through a focus on performance, people, and process, contributing to exceptional guest experiences. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts and procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
