Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support daily operations and guest experience in our store. You will keep fixtures stocked, ensure merchandise is available, and assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to achieve performance goals.

Success in this role requires attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system) and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available for purchase.
• Maintain compliance with task dashboard, shipment and replenishment processes, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and support guests and peers.
