The Core Solutions team empowers Reality Labs to grow revenue by building industry-leading sales capabilities that enhance operational efficiency and unlock data-driven insights. We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Program Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing retail operations programs across all existing and future partners, supporting field sales, field merchandising, physical merchandising, and online/digital teams.

Retail Operations Program Manager Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement retail operations programs to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, logistics, and external partners to align program goals.
3. Analyze retail data to identify improvement areas and develop solutions.
4. Manage relationships with retail partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
5. Oversee program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
6. Prepare and present performance reports to leadership and stakeholders.
7. Identify risks and develop contingency plans.
8. Implement change management strategies for smooth program execution.
9. Support sales teams with enablement tools, training, incentives, and performance analysis.
10. Assist merchandising teams through compliance audits, fixture database management, and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years in retail operations, program management, or related fields.
• 3+ years managing retail programs, budgets, and resources.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBi, or Alteryx.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the consumer electronics industry.
• Knowledge of retail partner guidelines and processes.
• Budget management and financial modeling experience.
• Certifications such as PMP or Agile.
• Skills in SQL and data analysis tools.
