Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store associate to support daily store operations in Decatur, GA. You will engage customers, maintain a clean, organized sales floor, and assist with leadership tasks, including scheduling, onboarding, and loss-prevention efforts.

You will contribute to a positive team environment, train new Associates, and help meet store goals while delivering excellent service and promoting TJX credit and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to train others and work flexibly including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management with administrative functions and scheduling.
• Maintain clean, organized store and promote excellent customer experience.
• Support cash office tasks and assist with training and onboarding of Associates.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and ensure adherence to labor policies.
