Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and training others.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to keep the sales floor stocked and organized.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Communicate with management to prioritize tasks and ensure flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Monitor productivity and coach the team to meet store goals.
• Support safety, compliance with labor laws, and loss-prevention programs.
