Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring an excellent customer experience. You will help keep the store clean and organized, train teammates, and support the flow of goods to the sales floor.

This role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, strong communication, and teamwork. Starting hourly pay ranges from $17.25 to $17.75 with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within TJX.

Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards; ensures associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Delivers an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and keeping a clean, organized store.
• Organizes back stock, maintains signage standards, and ensures proper tagging and coding of merchandise.
• Monitors productivity, coaches the team, and communicates priorities to management.
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and adheres to labor laws and policies.
