Sephora South Glenn in Centennial, CO is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising, ensuring a smooth, client-first shopping experience.

You will join a team focused on accuracy, speed, and teamwork. The role is part-time (15–29 hrs/week) with flexibility to cover peak times, and requires 1–2 years in retail or a customer-service environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar retail role or in hospitality/customer service.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to learn quickly and communicate product knowledge effectively.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding client service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards
