Job summary

Sephora Littleton is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily store operations, from inventory management to visual merchandising, ensuring a smooth, client-focused experience.

You’ll collaborate with a team to uphold Sephora standards, deliver outstanding service, and foster an inclusive, welcoming environment. The position is hourly with flex scheduling and requires 1–2 years in retail or a client-focused role, plus strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to learn product knowledge quickly and communicate it effectively.
• Strong client service ability and communication skills.
• Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with a strong client focus.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations: inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain standards
