Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and provide an exceptional guest experience.

You will help keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager by focusing on performance, people, and processes. You will contribute to achieving retail goals, ensure compliance with procedures, and maintain consistent attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and products are ready for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes such as shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
