Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support daily store operations, ensure merchandise is stocked, keep the sales floor clean, and help meet retail goals while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will follow procedures, work with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, and participate in training to drive sales performance. A flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, is required; full-time benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency with point of sale systems and Apple devices.
• Commitment to following processes and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Meet store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and merchandise is available.
• Maintain compliance with dashboards, shipment, replenishment, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain attendance and contribute to an inclusive environment.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and loss prevention practices.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and stock control.
