Job summary

Sephora at CT-Mohegan Sun is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily store operations, inventory, and merchandising. You will help deliver outstanding client experiences, contribute to sales goals, and maintain Sephora's brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail or related client-focused settings, excellent organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Quick learner with the ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge.
Ability to support outstanding client service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Support daily operations: manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain standards.
Assist with visual merchandising: ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through promotions and events.
Deliver exceptional service: support the team in achieving sales goals and client experiences.
Foster inclusivity and teamwork: promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
