Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail or client-focused environments.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and communicate product knowledge.

• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations: inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards
• Assist with visual merchandising: ensure store reflects Sephora’s brand through promotional setups
• Deliver exceptional service: support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals
