Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals for task dashboard, shipments, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Support Merchandiser (MM) and Operations Manager (OM) through focus on performance, people, and process.
• Keep assigned work area replenished, signed, and faced; ensure testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness in all areas including salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, and backroom.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and guest service.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and dress code.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
