Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will help keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and complete assigned tasks while aligning with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager on performance and procedures.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (preferred), about 1 year of relevant work experience, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Formación

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment processes, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
