Job summary

Sephora Charlottesville is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily store operations, from inventory management to visual merchandising and delivering exceptional client service. You’ll work as part of a collaborative team to keep the store running smoothly and ensure a standout shopping experience.

The role is hourly with flexible scheduling; 1–2 years in retail or client-focused roles, strong organization, and clear communication will help you thrive.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate product knowledge and provide outstanding client service
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
• Comfortable in a fast-paced retail setting with a strong client focus

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment and maintaining standards
• Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect Sephora’s brand
• Deliver exceptional client service and help achieve sales goals
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork to empower colleagues
