Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support in-store operations, ensuring fixtures are stocked and the store is clean, while contributing to sales and guest satisfaction.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and collaboration with the Merchandise and Operations teams. Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on operational excellence to support sales drivers and guest experience.
• Support Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager through performance, people, and process.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and shipments.
• Drive replenishment and testers availability while maintaining store standards.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and loss prevention practices.
