Turing Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an experienced General Manager/Operations Leader with strong retail operations and multi-store management to oversee store performance, merchandising, and customer experience. The role emphasizes leading teams and optimizing operations in a fully remote freelance environment.

You will work on projects evaluating and improving AI using your business and retail expertise, with no prior AI experience required, and potential for extension beyond one month.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or Retail Leader.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, supply chain coordination, and sales execution strategies.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Operations, or Retail Management preferred.
• Excellent English communication and analytical reasoning skills.
• Candidate must be based out of the US.

Turing is looking for candidates with strong experience in retail business operations, multi-store management, and team leadership — particularly at the level expected for experienced general or operations managers overseeing store performance, merchandising, and customer experience.

Role Overview:
