Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership in multi-unit retail operations or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, communication, and performance for 750+ stores, aligning with company priorities.
• Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, labor, inventory, expenses, and profitability; identify gaps and implement solutions.
• Own operational and labor budgets and data-driven scheduling to optimize profitability.
• Lead field implementation of retail tech initiatives (RFID, Ship-from-Store) and establish KPIs for pilots.
