Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million.
• 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations across multiple business areas including retail, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility with safety checks.
• Drive sales through effective ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Analyze profit and loss to capture opportunities and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
