Sephora Porter Ranch is seeking an Operations Leader to drive store operations, manage inventory and merchandising, and coach the team to deliver an exceptional client experience. You will lead inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment while upholding Sephora standards and supporting peak performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
• Strong attention to detail with problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and store standards.
