Responsibilities

• Support daily retail, grocery and warehouse operations across all departments.
• Assist in enforcing compliance with company policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
• Monitor performance including sales and inventory accuracy.
• Reinforce accountability with department managers.
• Support audit readiness and corrective actions from audits.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling and team coordination.
• Support inventory control, receiving, merchandising and operations.
• Maintain strong customer service standards and assist in resolving issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate operational risks or gaps to the Store Manager.
• Support branch organization, cleanliness and readiness.
