Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects and work flexible nights/weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain store cleanliness.
• Organize back stock and assist with replenishment.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, coded.
• Communicate with Coordinator on Duty for smooth flow of goods.
• Promote safety and adhere to labor laws and policies.
• Support store shrink reduction and credit/loyalty programs.
