Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a Store Operations Manager to oversee stock, inventory accuracy, and a large operational staff at our Mercedes, TX location. You will balance strategic priorities with hands-on leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient store performance.

You will collaborate with the GM and cross-functional partners to manage budgets, train staff, and drive operational excellence while maintaining Tory Burch’s standards of service and brand experience.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of stock or operations-related experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that includes overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and product flow across the store.
• Train store staff on technology and operational procedures.
• Partner with the GM and cross-functional teams to manage annual budgets and allocate resources.
• Lead by example to achieve goals and uphold high standards of excellence.
• Support customer experience by collaborating with PR/Marketing for special events.
