Job summary

Marshalls at TJX Companies in Woodhaven, MI is hiring a store associate to deliver great customer service and maintain an organized selling floor. You will engage customers, process merchandise, assist with receiving and stocking, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

You will work with a team and support leadership in daily operations, upholding safety, standards, and company policies. Starting pay is $15.25–$15.75 per hour with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and work as a team.
• Engage customers and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Model exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience.
• Organize back stock, tag and code merchandise, and communicate priorities.
• Assist with stock flow and recovery standards in backroom and sales floor.
