Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Ring purchases/returns and manage cash handling per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Follow merchandising procedures and process merchandise for sales floor.
• Assist in store recovery and maintain cleanliness.
• Adhere to labor laws and store policies.
• Support shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
