Job summary

Ralph Lauren—Polo Ralph Lauren is seeking an Operations Support Associate to assist in daily store operations, including receiving deliveries, processing merchandise, and supporting the sales floor. You will maintain stockroom organization, run stock checks, and help ensure inventory levels align with company guidelines.

The role offers flexibility between full-time or part-time schedules based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Back of house experience or similar industry in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Able to move around the sales floor, stockroom, and dressing area; lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and replenishment to meet Units per Hour goals, including tagging.
• Perform RFID inventory scans and manage stock for floor replenishment and store transfers.
• Assist customers on the sales floor and provide strong service and merchandise delivery.
• Support visual merchandising and maintain store standards in line with guidelines.
• Collaborate with team and participate in training and store initiatives.
