The Restaurant Store is seeking an Operations Professional to manage daily material handling and inventory tasks at a retail branch. You will coordinate stock, organize displays, and support sales teams while maintaining a clean, safe working environment.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of retail or supply chain experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. This full-time role emphasizes reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management.
• This role does not require a degree; relevant skills and experience are valued.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to think critically; multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive all inbound merchandise daily and stock it on the sales floor.
• Down-stock reserve merchandise to selling areas.
• Organize merchandise to provide a grand opening appearance each day.
• Follow and execute the priority list and related tasks as directed by management.
• Provide a high level of customer service when helping customers locate items without engaging in sales advisory conversations.
• Effectively refer customers to a member of the Sales team for answers.
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping and/or mopping the floor, take out trash and cardboard.
• Keep work areas and sales floor neat and clean.
• May be asked to operate a forklift as needed.
