Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Associate to support daily store operations and guest service. You will ensure fixtures are stocked, merchandise is available, and store standards are maintained to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Proficiency with POS systems and Apple devices, the ability to work independently or in a team, and strong problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational excellence by keeping fixtures stocked and product available for purchase.
• Maintain store cleanliness across salesfloor, backroom, restrooms, and other areas.
• Support Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with performance, people, and process goals.
• Follow store policies, procedures, and loss prevention best practices.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
