Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/IT or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years supporting critical, customer-facing systems in a high-volume production environment.
• 1+ years hands-on experience with incident management platforms (ServiceNow) and Jira.
• 2+ years experience with Splunk dashboards, SPL, and alerting for production triage.
• 2+ years of structured root cause analysis using logs and telemetry.

Responsibilities

• Build and extend GenAI agents and automation for incident detection, triage, and resolution.
• Develop ownership of transactional systems to investigate and resolve incidents quickly.
• Lead root cause analysis using logs, telemetry, and observability data with cross‑functional partners.
• Contribute to design and documentation for automation and process improvements.
• Coordinate with distributed teams to ensure consistent support execution.
