Job summary

Sephora in New York is seeking an Operations Associate to be the backbone of store operations, handling inventory control and visual merchandising to ensure a smooth client experience.

You will support daily operations, manage stock, assist with merchandising, and help achieve sales goals while promoting inclusivity and a collaborative team culture. The role requires reliability for 30-40 hrs/week full‑time, 15-29 hrs/week part‑time, with availability nights, weekends and holidays.

• 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations: inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards
