Starting rate is $17.00 per hour with benefits coverage and opportunities for growth within a multi-brand retail environment across New England. The role requires 18+ and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write English at an eighth-grade level.
• Perform arithmetic to make change and complete shift reports.
• Validate identification prior to selling tobacco/alcohol as required by regulations.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperatures.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate station during shift to support store profitability and customer service.
• Greet customers, assist with purchases, promote specials, and follow the store's customer service program.
• Prepare shift reports and communicate with management on store operations.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and appearance of the store and comply with environmental/safety regulations.
