Nouria Energy Corporation is a multi-generational family-owned wholesale fuel distributor, convenience store operator and car wash operator in New England. Our Sales Associates ensure smooth station operations, deliver friendly customer service, and help drive store profitability during shifts.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write English language at an eighth-grade level.
• Perform arithmetic calculations at an eighth-grade level for making change and shift reports.
• Ability to validate identification before selling tobacco and/or alcohol as required by regulations.
• Lift up to 30 pounds and carry cases of milk, beverages.
• Remain calm and respond according to policies during emergencies.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Work in varying temperatures (coolers, outdoors, store).
• Perform general housekeeping duties.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper and efficient operation of the station during shifts.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Prepare a shift report at the end of the shift per company guidelines.
• Provide the best customer experience and greet customers with a smile.
• Recommend products and promotions to customers and promote store specials.
• Support the site-level execution of the customer service program.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the store environment.
• Operate assigned equipment safely and efficiently and support Safety/Health programs.
