Ashley | The Wellsville Group’s Fairlawn location is seeking a Retail Operations Coordinator. You will support retail management, ensure operational excellence, and collaborate with the General Manager to implement SOPs.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, process driven, and capable of auditing transactions, managing inventory, and coordinating with sales teams. Full-time on-site role in Fairlawn, OH.

Formación

• Full availability to work a full-time retail schedule including Saturdays.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw actionable conclusions.
• Experience with retail operations and basic accounting tasks is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Audit sales and payments at the retail location
• Receive weekly merchandise transfers
• Conduct and reconcile weekly inventory; complete cycle counts
• Review overtime and punches for showroom team
• Maintain showroom team schedules and training
• Collaborate with GM to support sales team needs
• Generate routine reports per GM/corporate directions
• Serve as liaison between Corporate and Retail location
