Job summary

The Wellsville Group in Fairlawn, OH is seeking a Retail Operations Coordinator. You will ensure operational excellence in-store, support retail management and sales, and collaborate with the General Manager to execute standard procedures. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, a problem solver, and process driven.

Responsibilities include auditing transactions, inventory cycles, schedule maintenance, training teammates, handling IT needs, and reporting. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work full-time retail schedule including Saturdays.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Audit all sales and payment transactions within retail location.
• Receive weekly merchandise transfer trucks.
• Conduct and reconcile weekly inventory; complete inventory cycle counts.
• Review missed punches and overtime hours for showroom team members.
• Assist with maintaining schedule for showroom team members.
• Partner with GM weekly to support the sales team.
• Conduct training on current systems and processes for all team members.
• Facilitate building maintenance, technician and IT needs.
• Resolve customer service concerns with the Customer Service Center.
• Review guest accounts for payment breakdowns and service resolutions.
• Reconcile showroom funds monthly.
• Assist merchandise and design team by generating tags and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Generate routine reports outlined by GM or Corporate Operations.
• Serve as a liaison between Corporate Support Departments and Retail location.
• Update and assign walkie talkies.
• Oversee office and cleaning supply list.
• Embody the Company's Vision, Mission and Values daily.
