Job summary

Grand Furniture in Virginia Beach is seeking a Retail Store Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves helping customers. You will be the first face guests see, keep the showroom full and inviting, and assist with delivery, financing, and warranty options.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a knack for moving furniture with proper tools. You should be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 250 lbs.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests with sincerity and enthusiasm.

Post to platforms like Facebook Marketplace and Offer Up to help drive department sales.
Maintain visual standards: tagging, straightening, and merchandising products.
Write tickets, explain delivery, financing, and warranty options.
