Job summary

Burberry is seeking an Operations Associate in Dawsonville, GA to support store back-of-house operations and inventory control. You will assist in receiving stock, processing orders from the hub or warehouse, and ensuring accurate stock handling.

You will collaborate with the sales team for timely stock retrieval, maintain a tidy back-of-house, and perform quality checks while supporting aftersales services to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing.
• Intermediate computer skills in core Microsoft software.
• Previous experience with SAP desirable.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to work in a busy team environment.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control including receiving stock from hub or warehouse and reporting discrepancies.
• Assist sales team with stock retrieval for omnichannel and stock pullback.
• Maintain tidy back of house in line with Retail Operations standards.
• Quality control on all products and report issues to store lead.
• Support aftersales processes (alterations, repairs, personalization) to elevate client experience.
• Ensure stockroom equipment is working and raise concerns through appropriate channels.
• Handle Adhoc administration and communications with customer service and suppliers.
• Assist with events, visual merchandising, stock taking and related duties.
