Job summary

StyleKorean, Inc. in Buena Park, CA, is seeking a detail-oriented Retail Operations Associate to support our U.S. store network.

This on-site role works with store managers on retail systems, inventory, sales reporting, and new store openings. Entry-level candidates are welcome. Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, experience with POS or Shopify is a plus, and strong organization and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates or 0–2 years of relevant experience welcome to apply.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Comfortable working with sales, product and inventory data.
• Experience with POS, Shopify, CMS, or inventory management systems is a plus.
• Retail or beauty industry experience is a plus.
• Korean/English bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for MOIDA retail stores across the U.S. and communicate with store managers regarding operational needs.
• Manage POS and retail systems, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and system updates.
• Support new product launches and manage store reorders and product shipments.
• Monitor store inventory, maintain accurate inventory data, identify discrepancies, and coordinate necessary adjustments.
• Prepare weekly sales and inventory reports and analyze store sales performance and trends.
• Support new store openings, including product preparation, POS setup, inventory setup, store supplies, and overall opening readiness.
• Follow up on store operational requests and issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with other Retail Operations projects and responsibilities as needed.
