Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support daily store operations, keep fixtures stocked, and maintain cleanliness to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The role supports the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager through strong focus on performance, people, and process.

The position requires attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and flexibility to work early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or POS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational excellence to support sales and guest experience.
• Keep fixtures stocked and store clean; complete assigned tasks.
• Follow processes, procedures, and Ulta policies.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
